Her Story 

Claudene Arrington is an attorney licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Texas, and the nation's federal courts.  She graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law later in life, balancing studies with family life.  Attorney Arrington is long married with three grown children. 

For more than 20 years, she practiced in the areas of domestic relations, property, estate planning, estate administration, probate, contracts, landlord/tenant, criminal, business, transactional, and federal civil rights law. Recognizing the urgent need to help protect families from losing their historical heirs' property, attorney Arrington recently began practicing heirs' property law.

Having grown up on heirs' property on a small family farm in central Arkansas, attorney Arrington has a passion for helping families protect the historical and cultural legacy of their heirs' property and helping prevent unnecessary family conflict and land loss.
