Claudene Arrington is a seasoned attorney licensed in Arkansas, Texas, and federal courts, with over 20 years of experience in estate planning, probate, property, civil rights, business services, and more. She entered law school later in life, balancing rigorous studies with raising a family alongside her husband, her college sweetheart. They raised three accomplished adult children.

Today, Attorney Arrington focuses her practice on helping families protect and preserve heirs’ property. Drawing from both her legal background and her personal journey—growing up on a small farm in central Arkansas and helping secure her own family’s land—she offers grounded, practical guidance tailored to those navigating the complexities of family land ownership.
