Her Story 

Claudene Arrington is an attorney licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Texas, and the nation's federal courts. Attorney Arrington attended law school later in life, balancing studies with family life.  Attorney Arrington is long married to the same wonderful man she met in college.  They have three adult children. 

For more than 20 years, attorney Arrington practiced law in the areas of domestic relations, property, estate planning, estate administration, probate, contracts, landlord/tenant, criminal, business, transactional, and federal civil rights and employment law. Recognizing the urgent need to help protect families from losing their historical heirs' property, attorney Arrington transitioned to practicing heirs' property law.

Having grown up on a small family farm in central Arkansas and having had her own personal experience with helping protect her family’s heirs’ property; Attorney Arrington is passionate about helping other families protect the historical and cultural legacy of their family land.
