The Heirs’ Property Lawyer
📅 Live Online Heirs’ Property Webinars - Cost: $49 Each
Attorney Claudene Arrington, known as The Heirs’ Property Lawyer, regularly hosts live online webinars designed to teach individuals and families how to protect inherited land, understand deeds and other land-related documents, and take practical steps toward building generational wealth and preserving family legacy.
These webinars help families understand how heirs’ property problems arise, why outdated deeds create confusion, and how families may begin moving toward updated ownership records that reflect the names of current owners. They also introduce protection strategies that may include family agreements, LLCs, family land trusts, and other planning tools designed to help families protect land going forward.
These are educational group sessions, not private legal consultations. Public webinars are limited to 20 participants.
Families may also register for a private webinar exclusively for their family involving the same deed, land, or heirs’ property concern. Private family webinars are limited to 10 family members.
If your family would like Attorney Arrington to review deeds, court papers, estate documents, tax records, or other documents before the private webinar, please let our office know in advance. Document review is not included in the basic private webinar fee and will require an additional fee quote.
